Essential Requirements:

To maintain our safeguarding commitments and client standards all applicants must have:

1. Enhances DBS Certificate: On the DBS Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through us.

2. Subject Expertise: A degree, teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE), or substantial proven tutoring/exam preparation experience in your subject.

3.  Right To Work in the UK: Valid right-to-work documentation and UK residency.

4. Professional References: At least two verifiable professional or academic references.

5. For In-Home Tutors: Reliable transport to travel to students' homes in Dorchester, Weymouth, Portland or surrounding Dorset areas.

6. For Online Tutors: A reliable high-speed broadband connection, modern hardware, a quiet teaching environment and familiarity with interactive digital whiteboards/tools.

3.  Vetting & Onboarding: We verify your ID, Enhanced DBS status, references and qualifications, and run through our Safeguarding Code of Conduct.

4. Student Matching: Once onboarded, we match you with prospective students suited to your schedule, location and subject strengths.
